what do I want on my site? what pages?

• main
  what should be on main? updates and things, quick grab like title page for demos and everything offed and such. nice snippets from each area and flow
• about (hate about, not sure if needed)
  could perhaps write about experiance and all here... not really anything to put so really might leave this out at least for now.
• demos
  focus on webiste demos for now. we'll figure out how to offer programs/apps later. demos only needed for products.
• personal (should maybe seperate personal from business...)
  might still consider a hidden area for this with photos or something for the family, probably leave out for now.
• info/contact/order
  probably have all three of these combined in one area/page
• blog
  try to actively update of current wips and even perhaps some hobbies/personal. not to personal though since this is still a business face
• archives
  place to have some old things dumped maybe, like art... maybe maybe not. not high priority.

layout

let's look at what we want the site to look like. where do we want the navigation? what sort of pictures? a logo? a banner? where do we want content displayes?
perhaps we should draw some sketches. first must clear up things that must be there.

• title
  must have the title of the site displayed, should it be at all times? hmmm perhaps shrink to small logo when scrolling down. only full name displayed while on top
• navigation
  probably go with top bar navigation, better translation into mobile and perhaps more profesional. (yes I can't spell)
• content
  display whatever in on the page under the navigation and title, leaning towards a single column site
• footer
  have a quick copy write, perhaps a small navigation as well. looking to keep it fairly discreet. perhaps list any social media here.

look/colors

perhaps use the color scheme from the last site. light blues, whites, oranges, keep the same logo and signiture maybe. same style probably.
